All MIKROFYN Systems are prepared for adding on a 3D guidance system comprising a rugged computer, 3D modelling software and 3D positioning of the machine by either RTK GPS or a robotic total station. The modular design of all
MIKROFYN Construction Machine Control Systems will enable the user to move a 3D guidance system between different machines, equipped with any MIKROFYN Machine Control
System.
A MIKROFYN control system provides control with the highest possible accuracy. In combination with a 3D guidance system you will gain absolute control of the machine position and attitude in all three dimensions.
MIKRODIGGER - Construction Machine Control for excavators
Single grade
The MikroDigger is a truly upgradeable system. You can start with a single grade system that will allow you to do most operations such as fixed depth, slopes, trenching, blind cuts, grading etc.
Dual grade
Adding on the RS 10 Sensor will upgrade your system to a dual grade system. The RS 10 is a pitch, roll and direction sensor used to determine the attitude of the excavator.
While working, the accurate roll and pitch measurement from the RS 10 easily compensate for the rolling and pitching motion of the machine to give the required cm-accuracy (sub-inch level).
Cross-slope sensor
Mounting the cross-slope sensor on the bucket will add a further dimension to your Machine Control. It will give you the freedom of movement in any direction on a sloping surface as the control box will calculate and display the correct bucket tilt angle.
3D guidance
A growing number of our customers have also chosen to add on the true 3D capabilities by including GPS positioning and 3D model software in their daily
construction machine control
work.
Special applications
Due to the flexible and modular design it is possible to adapt the MikroDigger Machine Control System for other applications such as pneumatic drills, sheet pile machines, dredgers etc - “If you’ve got the machine – we’ve got the Machine Control”.

Our 2nd generation of Machine Control Systems utilizes the CAN bus system in a modularized way to create control systems ranging from very simple to more complex systems, guided by RTK GPS and other 3D systems. All Mikrofyn Laser products are marketed under the MIKROLASER brand.
