Daconet was founded in 1934 by Johannes Dahl. The Shop started on the island Fur, but was in 1999 merged with Johs. Haaning A/S. In 2003 all activities came under one roof in Skive known as Daconet. In 2006 Daconet was sold to Frydendahl im- og export in Hvide Sande. This step has had no impact on the daily business procedure. The company name is still Daconet and your contacts in the sales department are the same as before. On the other hand Daconet has taken advantage of the merge now offering an even wider assortment of products for the professional fisherman.
