PAM rotary valves in stainless steel can be used for all kinds of powdered materials as well as coarse- and fine grained products. Our EasyClean rotary valves in stainless steel have been specially developed for markets with strict hygiene requirements. The housing, covers and rotor of the EasyClean rotary valve are made of stainless steel throughout, enabling it to meet the requirements of the food industry, as well as those of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The rotary valves in stainless steel are used for all kinds of powdered and granular materials. It can be employed as a drop-through/metering valve or fitted with blow pipe for pneumatic conveying. The central features of the rotary valves in stainless steel are that it increases the capacity and reliability of the system. This is because it is made with high precision and so ensures maximum tightness when it comes to metering and transport. 
Safety – Thanks to the minimal tolerance between rotor vanes and housing, as well as the heavy-duty bearings front and back, the EasyClean rotary valves in stainless steel can be used with up to 1 bar of differential pressure. It is also explosion proof up to 10 bar.

The EasyClean rotary valves in stainless steel come in three types. Please study our homepage for technical data. All the EasyClean rotary valve types can be motorised to suit individual and variable requirements. The options include gear motor on the side with chain drive, friction clutch and full safety guards. The Chain drive means that the sprocket wheels can be changed to adjust the speed of rotation to any change in requirements. The gear motor can also be mounted directly on the valve shaft. The valve can also be provided with a hydraulic motor, which like the gear motor can be fitted with a chain drive or mounted directly on the shaft. The EasyClean rotary valves in stainless steel are a pneumatic conveying unit that comes in a choice between qualities AISI 304L and AISI 316L.
